THREE Podcast Awards for SQPN!

Thanks to all of you loyal Rosary Army soldiers, we are pleased and honored to announce that the Rosary Army Catholic Podcast has been named the Best General Podcast for the 2006 Podcast Awards!
Even better, the other two nominated shows from the Star Quest Podcast Network (SQPN.com) also won! So congratulations to Father Roderick for winning the Best Religious Podcast Award for his awesome Daily Breakfast and the Best Mobile Podcast Award for The Catholic Insider!
What a tremendous honor, and it’s all because of all of you. Thank you so much for voting!
This is the second year that the Podcast Awards are organized. It is an annual event that recognizes the best podcasters in the world by allowing the people (both listeners and podcasters) to nominate, and then vote for their favorite podcast. During the voting period, the website PodcastAwards.com received nearly 8 million hits.
The culmination of the event is the 2006 Awards ceremony that takes place during the Podcast Expo in Ontario California on September 29, 2006. I’m not sure if we’ll be able to attend, but we’re certainly going to look into it.
